Beast App SMS Privacy Policy

Beast App, LLC (“Beast App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Beast App mobile application. This notice explains how we handle the information you give us when you sign up for Beast App text messages. It covers our text message program only.

The phone number we collect

We collect your mobile phone number so that we can send you the account notification text messages you ask for.

How you sign up

When you sign up in the Beast App, the phone number field is optional. By providing your phone number and submitting the sign-up form, you agree to receive automated account notification text messages from Beast App about membership tier changes and account security. Text messages are optional and are not required to create a Beast App account.

What we use it for

We use your mobile number only to send you account notifications about membership tier changes and account security, and to respond to you when you contact us about this program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

We do not sell your mobile information

Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or your SMS consent. We do not share them with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, or for any third party’s own messaging program.

How long we keep it

We keep this information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, and for as long as the law requires.

Stopping messages and getting help

You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from our number. Because we send these messages from a toll-free number, STOP is handled by the mobile carriers at the network level. It blocks every message from that number, including account and security alerts. To start receiving them again, reply UNSTOP or START to the same number.
